First name, last name, and email address
WhatsApp phone number
Payment information (processed securely by Paystack — we do not store card details)
Course activity data including lessons viewed and watch duration
Page visit and interaction data for platform improvement

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and manage your course access
To communicate important updates about the programme
To monitor course engagement for support and refund assessment purposes
To improve our platform and content
To contact you via WhatsApp or email with course-related information

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — specifically Supabase (database and authentication) and Paystack (payment processing). Both operate under their own privacy and security standards.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@genrev.ng. Note that payment transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure and you use the platform at your own risk.

6. Your Rights
